Broken In Two But Free From You

 Follow my pride
I've got nothing to hide
The stailness I taste
Makes all my efforts a waste
My spine bends forward with pain you have caused
Now my life is rewound, play pressed, unpaused

You have been my pain
You have now caused me pride
Sleeked back to hide in that
Deep, barren hollow

Step forward I shall
Remove that blackened veil
No longer to hide from the sorrow
For there is always tomorrow
Free from you to do as I choose
Hey, I,ve got nothing to loose

You have been my pain
You have now caused me pride
Sleeked back to hide in that
Deep, barren hollow

Mood:
distraught

Unshakable Mistake

They have what it takes to make you smile,
While I lack the ability to make you walk that extra mile
All this pain remains, although I wish it to fade
Beautiful mistake, this longing I cant shake, for the blade
Shining, it catches my eye, I try, but I cant help this
Will my scars fade? Or forever stay? Was my ignorance really bliss?
Your memory weighs on my like lead, I try to forget you but you stick
With me instead, you are forever inside my head
I see that photo my heart sinks deeper, my love I see you in my sleep
I wake to find that I was weeping
Did it again, slid that demon against my skin, it felt so good to finally let it win
Every day, I feel you slowly fade away, with every line I create, I forget the things
You used to say
Its too late, I cant wait for you to remember what our fate was suppose to be
With a grin, I finally give in, and bring that shiny thing against my skin
A little line I make, shiver up my spine, I see that beautiful design
And it is marvelous in my eyes

Mood: eh im alright

Thousands of devotees rush to pay homage to Sathya Sai

Top political leaders, Bollywood personalities, sportsmen and lakhs of devotees are rushing to Puttaparthi to pay homage to Sathya Sai Baba. The spiritual leader passed away on Sunday. Sachin Tendulkar is expected to reach Puttaparthi today. Top politicians including BJP president Nitin Gadkari, Andhra Pradesh chief minister Kiran Kumar Reddy, Karnataka chief minister B Yeddyurappa, TDP president Chandrababu Naidu and Prajarajyam chief Chiranjeevi.
Sunil Gavaskar was there to pay his respects as well.
Sathya Sai's body was wrapped in a saffron-coloured cloth and kept in a glass casket in the ashram's central hall.
Prominent VIPs seated close to the casket were Andhra Pradesh health minister J Geetha Reddy, Ratnakar, Baba's nephew and son of his younger brother Janakiramaiah and Baba's personal caregiver Satyajit.
While thousands of devotees stood in serpentine queues through the night and early Monday outside Prashanti Nilayam for a glimpse of their 'god' Sathya Sai Baba lying in an air-conditioned glass casket, scores of VIPs, including politicians, celebrities, stars and top officials had the privilege to enter Kulwant Hall through the back door to see his frail body.
A stampede broke out outside the ashram late on Sunday night. No injuries were reported and police raised barricades to keep the crowds at bay.

Drinking tea daily as good as water

A new study has found that drinking four to six mugs of tea daily is as good as a litre of water for keeping yourself hydrated.

The finding disproves the idea that regular tea drinking can dehydrate the body because of its caffeine content.

The research also found no negative health effects from
drinking that amount of tea.

In the high quality UK clinical trial, 21 volunteers drank either four 240ml mugs of tea over a 12-hour period - equivalent to just under one litre of tea in total - or a similar amount of plain, boiled water served warm.

The tea included 20ml of semi-skimmed milk but no sugar.

The test was also repeated using six cups of tea or plain water, equivalent to nearly 1.5 litres of fluid, to investigate the effect of intakes.

Blood samples were taken before consumption and at regular intervals to check hydration levels. Analysis found no significant differences between drinking tea and water.

"Tea is an excellent way to maintain healthy fluid levels. In addition, tea is a rich source of flavonoids, which have been associated with a reduced risk of heart disease and stroke,"
